Chmod sets the permissions for a file
chmod 777 file.txt
First Number = User that owns the file
Second = Group that owns the file
Third = Everyone else
To set a command, add the numbers of the permissions from the table above.
Chown allows you to set the users and group for any file.
chown shiba2:shiba2 file
Means file is owned by shiba2 and shiba2 as a user and group.
chown paradox flag.txt
